BedChi provides gentle morning movement prompts, guided voice, audio, and reminders for general wellness. BedChi is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

Use at your own comfort level

Move slowly and gently. Do only what feels comfortable. Stop immediately if you feel sharp pain, dizziness, distress, shortness of breath, numbness, or anything that feels unsafe. If you have health concerns, ask a qualified professional before using any movement routine.

SMS terms

If you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated BedChi text messages from BreedLove Forever LLC at the mobile number provided, including daily morning wellness reminders and links to the BedChi experience. Message frequency varies, generally up to 1 message/day. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help. After you reply STOP, no more BedChi messages should be sent unless you reply START or otherwise resubscribe.
